I’m a strong advocate for mental health and wellness—especially for individuals living with chronic conditions, including digestive illnesses. Mental health must be part of the conversation when it comes to overall care.

That’s why I’m so excited to be a guest at the Conference, joining and to explore and discuss these critical topics.

Be sure to check them out and sign up—this is a conversation you don’t want to miss!

Nathalie Dorléans Ellis is a native of Port-au-Prince, Haiti, currently residing in Atlanta, GA. She earned her Master’s in Professional Counseling from the Georgia School of Professional Psychology in 2000. She is the founder and owner of ESTEEM Counseling and Consulting Services, LLC, a private practice agency providing mental health services, training, workshops, supervision, consultation, and resources to individuals, communities, organizations, and fellow mental health professionals.

As a licensed therapist, Nathalie works with individuals, couples, and families ranging in age from 3 to 70+, addressing a range of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, emotional and behavioral challenges, and relationship concerns.

In addition to her clinical work, Nathalie serves as a Wellness Strategist, helping organizations and businesses develop and implement customized wellness plans that support employee mental health, prevent burnout, and cultivate a culture of well-being.

Nathalie is also a published author of three impactful books:

Where is My Daddy: A Boy’s Guide to Grieving an Absent Father

Where is My Daddy: A Girl’s Guide to Grieving an Absent Father

How to Stay Mentally Healthy: A Guided Workbook to Self-Awareness and Self-Discovery

She is currently working on additional books aimed at supporting emotional healing, personal development, and mental health awareness.

As part of her mission to support women’s mental wellness, Nathalie is launching B.O.S.S.S. Lady Sessions (Being Our Sound Serene Selves), a biweekly virtual support group for women. This sacred space is designed for women to share, release, and restore as they lay down life’s burdens and grow in community.

The mission of ESTEEM is to break the silence, shame, and stigma surrounding mental health by empowering, enriching, educating, and motivating individuals and communities toward healing and growth.

Father’s Day is around the corner.
For many, it’s a time of celebration — but for those who’ve experienced the absence of a father, it can bring up deep emotions and silent grief.

Whether it’s you, your child, or someone you care about, grieving an absent father is a real and valid loss.
That’s why I wrote these heartfelt guides — to help children and adults alike process, heal, and find peace.

Hi ESTEEMERs! 🌟

Although May is over, Mental Health Awareness is everyday. ESTEEM Counseling Services is challenging you to do something powerful for your well-being.

🎥✨ Get all dressed up—dolled up, handsome up—and record a video (or audio, if you prefer) of yourself sharing a positive, affirming, self-love message. Speak to your soul. Lift yourself up. Remind yourself who you are.

Then—save it.
📲 And whenever you find yourself feeling low, press play and let your own words carry you through.

You are worthy. You are enough. You are ESTEEMED. 💛

Thank you to all the mothers.

"Motherhood is a sacred dance of giving—where love leads, sacrifice follows, and guidance lights the way. Even in your tiredness, in the moments you feel not enough, you are their constant: the safe place, the soft landing, the proud witness to every little becoming."

This can be a very difficult time for many and for many reasons. Just know that you are not alone.

We are here to help!💚
