About Us
Brandon and Marcie Watkins are the founders and co-owners of Solutions 4 Success, LLC. The company began April 2016 providing Consulting and Professional Development for the City of Decatur Youth Services. They are contracted coordinators and grant administrators for the Family Matters family strengthening program funded by the Children’s Trust Fund of AL. They also became rehabilitative service providers for the Alabama Department of Human Resources (DHR) for Madison and Morgan Counties.
Marcie’s educational background consists of attending the University of Alabama and Athens State University obtaining a Bachelors of Science in Behavior Science; as well as a Masters of Science in Counseling Psychology and Masters of Science in Continuing Education in General Studies (Psychology) from the University of West Alabama. Currently she is pursuing a PhD in Professional Counseling. She is also an Associate Licensed Counselor under the supervision of Kathryn M. Cox, LPC-S. Marcie is employed at Ability Plus, Inc. where she is a Senior Regional Program Director of Behavior Services providing care for people with intellectual disabilities as well as Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Brandon’s educational background consists of attending the University of Alabama and Athens State University obtaining a Bachelors of Science in Behavior Science; as well as extensive coursework in Counseling Psychology at the masters-level from the University of West AL, later obtaining a Masters of Science in Human Services from Amridge University. He is also a Certified Peer Support Specialist for Alcohol and Drug Recovery and an exceptional Behavior Specialist. Brandon is employed as a Social Services Representative and Life Skills teacher for Decatur City Schools system working with the city’s most at-risk population of students in expulsion.
“Team WATKINS” as they are affectionately known work together providing counseling services, rehabilitative services, professional development and youth program development. They have worked with youth and families for 25+ years both in the church and in the community. They are the parents of three amazing children!
