Employment Position
This position will be a full time position for a Physician. You will work in our Direct Primary Care, carrying a panel of 600-800 patients. This will allow ample time for quality care. It is expected to have availability by phone, text, and email to your patient panel, though this is rarely a large time commitment. Practicing out of an Anthroposophic integrative medical viewpoint is a requirement for this position. https://anthroposophicmedicine.org/
If not already trained in Anthroposophic integrative medicine we will support your further education in this and eventual certification. We have a thriving clinic with happy, warm and vibrant patients and staff.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provide integrative primary care to patients. Assist in the evaluation and treatment of patients.
Conducts patient interviews, and collects and interprets diagnostic data.
Perform physical examinations and specialized procedures under the direction of a physician. Document the delivery of care in the individual's medical records.
Women’s health clinical care including pap smears.
Attend Sociocratic meetings and participate actively in the running of the clinic.
Direct Primary Care involves being more committed and accessible to a smaller patient panel. Candidate is expected to be available by text and email to patients. This is usually not a great time burden.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Active Georgia Medical License
Compensation:
A competitive base salary plus an initial $5 per member/month reimbursement.
Company profit sharing quarterly.
