MRI would like to present to you, The Individual of Impact, The Champion of Change, and the Employee of Excellence for Field Day 2026.

This year the Individual of Impact is Carl. He is a natural leader and a true advocate, making him an obvious choice for this award. He is also on the committee for the Illinois Council on Intellectual Disabilities.

The Champion of Change is Susan and Mark Avery. They are outstanding individuals in the community, but also here at MRI. This past year they donated an entire group home to MRI and it has impacted us greatly.

The Employee of Excellence is Latriese White. Latriese has brought such a positive energy to MRI and the CILA team. Her coworkers rave about her amazing work ethic and dedication to her position.
