My buddy Ken , artist, musician he welds art for statues, etc. absolutely amazing talent. He finally gave us a piece to put in our studio on loan, of course , pretty excited about this piece one thing about our yoga studio. It supports a lot of local artists because a lot of our students are musicians, actors, painters, and of course, we’re very thankful forour whole community !

UPDATE,Check the schedule after the holiday one class will be changed Monday noon class hot fix will no longer be there. It is moved to Wednesday at noon. 60 minute Hot fix and we are keeping the Friday at noon! Cleve and Kathy will be alternating the Wednesday 12 noon class !

Popup Saturdays at 2pm with Karen are fairly regular fyi and of course
The Barkan class every Saturday at 12 with Hannah or Mary, the occasional Jonny
