We’re happy to say that is doing wonderfully with her new bundle of joy and enjoying motherhood! So much so that she has decided to extend her maternity leave and will not be returning to Renew in 2026. We support her fully and wish her the best!

We're excited to welcome Dr. Ashley Zimmerman to Renew Pelvic Health!

Early in her career, Dr. Ashley discovered her passion for pelvic health and has now spent over a decade specializing in this field. In addition to being a pelvic floor physical therapist, she is also a s*xuality counselor, doula, and doula educator.

Dr. Ashley guides others in learning about their bodies through compassion and curiosity. Dr. Ashley believes everyone deserves to feel safe, free, and at home in their body—and she’s here to help you find that place of belonging.

A comprehensively trained Pilates instructor and kettlebell coach, Dr. Ashley weaves movement, mindfulness, and evidence-based care into a treatment style that is empowering, compassionate, and uniquely tailored to each individual.
