Closed business TCHC was formed to provide free, quality medical, mental and spiritual healthcare in response to the many, many commands from God to do so. to 8:30 p.m.

Tzedakah is Decatur's first free medical clinic, located in the Ministry building of Central United Methodist Church. If you do not have health insurance ( no Medicaid, no Medicare, no private insurance), we would love to serve you. The office visits and medications are free. The clinic is opened on the second and fourth Tuesday's of the month to see patients from 6:30 p.m. Walk-ins are welcome.
