The Route 66 Cosplayers and Heroes of Legend Cosplay had an amazing time at the Powerlight Abe Lincoln Car Show in Springfield. Thank you to everyone who came out and took photos with us. We have so many pictures and videos to share, but before we do, we want to recognize a person who not only is an incredible event manager, but is our biggest fan.

Greg “Coop” Cooper, thank you for bringing us together. The Route 66 Cosplayers were created because of you, and our very first event was the 2023 Powerlight car show. In addition, this year was the first anniversary of us meeting the Decatur Heroes, which has blossomed into a wonderful partnership!

We simply adore you and Mrs. Coop, and we all are looking forward to the International Route 66 Mother Road Festival next month! 🫶🏻
