We are incredibly honored and grateful to announce that Maple Villa has received a $30,000 grant from the Future of Decatur Foundation to begin our remodeling phase.

This funding will help us start to replace the original 1977 carpeting with new Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring throughout the apartments.

This is just the first step into a larger vision. Already in motion: updated heating systems, fresh paint, and walk-in shower designs as we continue re-building a cleaner, safer, and more welcoming place to call home.

Maple Villa’s next chapter is officially underway, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who believes in this community and the original vision we are working so hard to restore.

🐎What a night and what a turnout! 🐎Thank you to each and every person who joined us and our friends at the Logan Valley Market and the The Green Lantern Steakhouse and Lounge for our Kentucky Derby Fundraiser supporting the Maple Villa.

Your support and kind words meant more than you know. We laughed hard, made wonderful memories, and even shared a mint julep or two! We truly felt the love tonight, and we couldn’t be more thankful!

Look at this hard working crew!!! 💪🏻 I am sure we will be walking like stiff Lego People tomorrow but we all worked so hard today.

We had five minutes of sunshine ☀️and immediately acted like spring 🌷was here to stay. We went full spring mode and cleaned up leaves, 🍁 debris and all the trash the Nebraska wind 🍃 has been aggressively donating to us all winter.

We even started making plans for spring 🪻🌻🌷plants and landscaping like we weren’t fully aware of tomorrow’s forecast.

Which is adorable because Nebraska is over here preparing a blizzard 🌨️💨❄️like it’s the plot twist of the week. 🤣
