Oh what a difference time can make when you make the right changes and stay committed. Kachina is the TEXTBOOK example of this!
She decided that she wanted different. She wanted to feel better. She wanted to be healthier. So she made changes in her daily life, routines, habits, disciplines….and she didn’t quit. It hasn’t always been easy. But I think she would say it’s been worth it.
Time will pass no matter what. Two years from now, where will you be? Stuck in the same place? Maybe in a worse position? Or do you want to be able to look back and see how much you’ve changed and how much better you feel?
