Today is student day at Westminster of Decatur 😍 We started our morning off cutting out ghost for our ghost hunt and our ghost garland. We made cotton ball ghost and then our students took our residents on a ghost hunt👻 afterwards we made garland with our ghost😊
Sandra McCaleb was our CHAMPION GHOST HUNTER🎉 she found 76 👻

Thank you Laurie and Michelle from Enhabit Hospice and HomeHealth for bringing us door hangers to paint today. My residents had so much fun with you guys. 😍 and thank you Breane for helping us out.

Not to early to be thinking about Christmas, I Lori McGregor am doing an activity here at Westminster of Decatur with our residents. We would like to receive an ornament from every state if possible. Our residents talk about places they have traveled and I think it would be a fun activity to hang a map and color in the states as the ornaments come in. We also plan on doing a tree just with these ornaments. 😍
So if you can please share and let’s try and get these in for our sweet residents. Thank you 😊

My sweet granddaughter Bradlee came to volunteer at work on Monday to make snow cones for all the residents which they loved. Then in to Memory care to instruct them on how to make Halloween mask. Then we finished the day by setting up our Mummy Monster for candy donations for our Halloween Festival 😍 Westminster of Decatur is one busy place🎉
