What is reflexology?👣

Reflexology promotes deep relaxation, increases circulation, and balances the body’s systems. Reflexology eases pain, improves organ and gland function, invites better sleep, and the elimination of toxins. Most people seek out this treatment to maintain overall good health.

Your reflexologist will apply pressure with their hands to certain points of your hands, feet, and ears. The session focuses primarily on your feet. Each pressure point corresponds with a reflex location of the body which identifies and helps clear imbalances.

Experiences with reflexology sessions vary from relaxation, to a sense of “lightness” or some tingling in the body, as well as feelings of “energy moving” from the practitioner’s pressure to the specific body area or organ.

Relaxing music will be played during your Reflexology Session. Bolsters, blankets, table warmer, eye pillow, fire place, and essential oils are all available during your session upon request.

I’m Brittany, owner & founder of Let Go Studio. With all of the new faces here I want to introduce myself.

After a 10+ year battle with Chronic Lyme Disease I found my way to all things holistic and fell head over heels in love with Reflexology, Reiki and sound healing. My personal health journey has brought me on a path of ups & downs but has truly lead me to who I am today. My passion is creating safe space for others to relax & heal.

In my free time I enjoy gardening, hiking, camping and traveling. My newest endeavors include sourdough baking & playing the Native American style Flute.
