📢 NOTICE OF OFFICE CLOSURE — FRIDAYS

Effective August 15, 2025, Northeast Iowa Behavioral Health (NEIBH) offices will be closed on Fridays.

To continue supporting our community, telehealth services will remain available off-site on Fridays. Clients with scheduled virtual appointments will be contacted directly by their provider.

In observance of Independence Day, Northeast Iowa Behavioral Health will be closed on Friday, July 4th.

We encourage everyone to take this time to rest, reflect, and celebrate safely.

💙 If you need immediate support while we are closed:
📞 Call 988 for 24/7 access to trained crisis counselors.
📱 Our assistance and crisis is also available at 800-400-8923.
🚑 In case of emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

Full job description
Northeast Iowa Behavioral Health is a community mental health center established in 1956, who provides for mental health, substance abuse, problem gambling and IHH services. Our mission is to promote recovery and quality of life.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Child Case Manager provides assessment, coordination, monitoring, evaluation, direct services and advocacy to the child and family, while working as a team member with therapists, caregivers and other appropriate professionals at Chrysalis Children’s Center, in Decorah, IA.

Education/Experience: BA in human services, including social work, psychology, or another related field required. One year’s experience is preferred but will train the right candidate.

Work Location:

Decorah, Iowa – Chrysalis Children’s Center
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
