We never did post about our Nordic Fest FUN this year! Salú participated in the parade and we threw out over 500 cool eucalyptus towels. 🙋🏻‍♀️ Tell us in the comments if you were one of the lucky ones who got one! We wished we had 2,000 - you all loved them under the hot sun! ❤️

Graham + Leaven also set up shop in our parking lot on Friday and Saturday! If you haven’t tried their drinks, they are a must try. So delicious. Our favorites were the black lemonade 🍋and the refreshing (NA) mojito 🍋‍🟩.

Our cold plunge is currently out of commission. 😩 We are working with Plunge to get the parts we need and will let you know as soon as we get it up and running again. We apologize because we know it’s part of many of your routines. Hopefully we can fix it quickly! 🧊

We’re so excited to share our new brand identity with you! 🌟 Salú Sauna + Wellness Spa is now Salú Sauna + Wellness Studio.

"Studio" feels more aligned with who we are — a relaxing yet vibrant space for wellness, connection, and personal growth. As always, Salú remains Your Self-Care Sanctuary, now with a fresh look and a name that feels perfectly us. 🤎🖤

We never did get a logo or any branding professionally done, so this was a fun process. ☺️ The graphics within the icon represent the infrared sauna wavelengths, the light from red light, the salt of our halotherapy room, and the water movement of the cold plunge! All therapies that are grounded in nature and benefit our bodies in many different ways.

Did you know that, while often associated with relaxation, infrared saunas can also be a surprising tool in your weight management journey! 💧

You might be wondering, “How can just sitting there burn calories?” It’s all about the heat! 🔥 When you’re in an infrared sauna, your core body temperature rises. This causes your heart rate to increase, mimicking a moderate cardiovascular workout. Your body works harder to cool itself down, and that effort expends calories. 😅
