Oneota Health Solutions is proud to be a sponsor of the annual Pulpit-to-Pulpit 5K and ~1 mile fun run/walk on July 4, 2025.

This family-friendly, dog-friendly event will raise money for the Greater Area Pantry and Northeast Iowa RSVP Program.

The race begins at 8 am and will start and end at Pulpit Rock Brewing Company. You can register up until race day at https://runsignup.com/Race/IA/Decorah/PulpitToPulpit. Or just show up to watch.

People walking past our home wonder what I’m doing with all this rock. Working on an erosion control project, I say. Then they say, you’ll need to see a chiropractor when you’re done!

While that’s true, it’s also true that it’s important I get chiropractic care before I need it. It helps my body stay in sync and allows me to keep doing projects like this.

As they say, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

On Saturday, I shared my love of books and my reading voice with the kids who came to The Landing Market’s 3rd birthday celebration -- Party on the Patio.

It so happens that 3 years ago today, I announced the opening of my chiropractic office, Oneota Health Solutions, at The Landing. I’m happy I landed at The Landing and grateful to be part of the caring and creative community of Decorah.
