Question. Persuade. Refer. (QPR) is a free virtual su***de prevention training that teaches you how to recognize warning signs, ask the hard questions, and connect someone to help.

Just like CPR equips people to respond to physical emergencies, QPR gives you practical tools to respond when someone is struggling with thoughts of su***de. This training is designed for everyone—friends, family members, coworkers, neighbors, and community members.
