The Decorah Lion’s Club proves that vision goes beyond eyesight. Through their program, used eyeglass frames are collected and sent to those in need around the world 🌍 — and our very own retired Dr. Schwartz is part of this incredible effort. Read more in “Volunteers With Vision”!

Just like growth charts, healthy vision evolves with age — and eye exams are key at every stage!

👁️ Here’s what to expect:

👶 Toddlers (6 months – 3 years):
We check for healthy eye development, eye alignment, and signs of lazy eye or crossed eyes — no reading required!

🎒 School-age kids (5–12 years):
We assess sharpness, focusing ability, eye teaming, and more — all vital for reading, learning, and sports.

📱 Teens (13+):
With more screen time and rapid changes, we monitor for digital eye strain, vision changes, and encourage good eye habits.
