🕔 Upcoming pharmacy closures: Please plan ahead!

To prepare for our online pharmacy services' transition to Emplify Health MyChart, some of our pharmacy locations will be temporarily closed.

📆 Friday, July 11 - All Gundersen Pharmacy locations will close by 6 p.m.

📆 Saturday, July 12 - The following locations will be closed for the full day:

🔹Gundersen Pharmacy – Cass Street (La Crosse)
🔹Gundersen Pharmacy – Holmen
🔹Gundersen Pharmacy – Sand Lake Road (Onalaska)
🔹Gundersen Pharmacy – Village Shopping Center (La Crosse)

All Gundersen pharmacies will resume their normal operating hours on Sunday, July 13, unless the location is regularly closed on Sundays.

📲 A new way to manage your prescriptions!

We've made some changes to make your online pharmacy experience easier.

Starting July 12, you'll use Emplify Health MyChart to refill prescriptions, make payments, manage your medications with ease and more.

⏱️ Please note your current Gundersen Pharmacy app will no longer be active after that time.

Whether you prefer the Emplify Health MyChart app or web browser, both give you the same secure access to your prescriptions. You'll be able to manage medications for yourself and anyone you’re a medical proxy for.

We are having an issue with outgoing calls from our clinic to cellphones where instead of the caller ID showing our clinic phone number, it is saying "potential spam". We are working on this issue with the cell carriers to get this fixed.
