Michele joined Titan Industries almost a year ago, bringing almost 25 years of experience in the construction industry with her. Check out the progress on the Trinity Lutheran Church Worship Center – Phase I! 🙌🏗️

Titan Industries is proud to partner with PJ Hoerr on this exciting addition to the Trinity Lutheran Church campus. This phase brings a beautiful new worship space to life, along with a welcoming gathering area, seamless connection to the existing school, new classrooms, office space, a fellowship room, and updated restroom facilities.

Site improvements are also underway, including a new drop-off drive and expanded parking lot to better serve the community.

We’re honored to help build a space designed for connection, growth, and worship. Stay tuned for more updates as this project continues to take shape! ✨

Not every successful path requires a 4-year degree and it's time we normalize that conversation with the younger generation.

Trade schools offer incredible opportunities that lead to high-paying, in-demand careers without the burden of massive student loan debt. Welders, electricians, mechanics, lineman, machinists, HVAC techs, carpenters, laborers, operators - these careers keep our communities running every single day. They build, fix, power, and protect the world around us and that's honorable work. That's skilled work. That's essential work.

Trade programs often take 1-2 years instead of 4+, allowing students to enter the workforce sooner, gain hands-on experience, and start earning income faster. Many skilled trades offer strong job security, competitive wages, benefits, and even opportunities to own a business!

Encourage your student(s) to research their high school CTE programs now. Many local high schools offer hands-on training, certifications, internships, and real-world experience that can help jumpstart a career before graduation.

We need to teach our kids that success isn't one size fits all. A career in the trades deserves just as much respect as a traditional college degree. It requires intelligence, technical training, problem-solving skills, and dedication.

Let's raise a generation that values skill, hard work, and purpose regardless of the location: a classroom, shop/warehouse, hospital, or jobsite.

Every path that leads to honest work and fulfillment is a path worth celebrating!

Start the conversations with your student(s) now!
