, I also have: a little black kitten names toothless, a little mutt named Luna (Skitter head), Rogue the short haired Calico kitty that adopted us. My husband is a disabled veteran and we do struggle to make ends meet just like most people. I am also a strong Native American Woman who is registered Sioux with Fort Peck Assiniboine and Sioux tribes. I love life, nature, my family, healthier living, historic interpretation, and enjoy the great outdoors that Montana has to offer. I consider myself down to earth and do not like to “push” people, I am more of a nudger. I can be totally geeky/nerdy/dorky when getting me excited about superheroes, Star Wars, Stargate, Firefly, and other series I absolutely love! I enjoy reading a variety of books! I also love to take a holistic approach to living and my work as a Massage Therapist. I graduated from Health Works Institute in Bozeman, MT May 2015 in Massage Therapy 1000 hour program. I worked hard for that and I am very proud of myself for completing the program and it was with tears at times throughout the year. I am passionate about giving my clients the best holistic experience when they work with me. I believe that in treating the Mind, Body, and Spirit we can accomplish more to the source of a physical issue with pain. The body holds stress, memory of trauma, anxiety, and physical pain from injury. My personal goal is to help each client heal and have relief of pain. Pain takes up too much of our lives and takes away from us mentally and spiritually. Which in turn, affects our family and loved ones. We do an intake and assess what your needs are. I will do my best to help you reach your treatment goals. Sometimes this does include me talking to your primary doctor or other doctors to talk about you medical issues and treatment goals, of course this is with your signed permission. Sometimes I am there as your massage therapist to reduce your anxiety and get those adhesion s (knots) out of your muscle and fascia. Just know that with my work I work with good intentions and for the greater good and well-being for you.
