Our clinic offers on site CLIA waived tests such as urinalysis, influenza, strep throat, mono, RSV, urine pregnancy, blood glucose, and INR testing for Coumadin management. Cottonwood Clinic MedSpa is a medical spa providing non-surgical cosmetic and aesthetic procedures including botox, juvederm, laser hair and tattoo removal, laser skin rejuvenaton, facials, microdermabrasion, peels, micro needling, dermablading, and medically managed weight loss.

The Chloe Worl Memorial Scholarship Fund was established in 2021 after our beloved daughter Chloe was killed by a distracted driver on her way to work at Barrett Hospital and Health Care in Dillon, Montana. Our goal is to keep Chloe's memory and values alive by honoring young people who aspire to make a difference like Chloe always did.

The mission of the Chloe Worl Memorial Scholarship Fund is to provide financial support and mentorship to young ladies who are committed to making a positive impact on their communities. Our vision is to create a network of scholars who embody Chloe's spirt of compassion, leadership, and service, and who will inspire others to follow in her footsteps.
Eleven young ladies have received scholarships sonce 2021.
