Located in Deer Lodge, MT, our hospital serves as a primary, full service medical center to communities throughout the Deer Lodge Valley. Deer Lodge Medical Center is a 501(c)3, certified, critical access hospital that serves Powell County and the outlying communities. Our 16 bed facility encompasses modern technology with a home style care that creates a healing environment of kindness, compassion and courtesy. At Deer Lodge Medical Center, we believe in providing quality health care to all we serve and encompass a type of healing environment that focuses on treating the whole patient. We believe that when it comes to a person's health, there are many aspects of healing. In treating the patient as a whole - not just treating the disease or illness - we can truly focus on healing. The services offered at Deer Lodge Medical Center include: 24 hour emergency care, inpatient and outpatient services, a family practice clinic Monday - Friday, general surgery, physical therapy, chiropractor services, public health, mental health, laboratory and imaging services including mammography.

Flu Shots are available in the Clinic beginning next Tuesday, September 2nd.

We have the regular flu shot for $20.00, patients 6 months and older are eligible. And we have the high-dose for $60.00. The high-dose is recommended for older patients and those who are immunocompromised, available for ages 9 years and older.

Appointments are not necessary, walk ins are welcome. Please also note that the Clinic will be closed on Monday, September 1st, in honor of Labor Day. Regular hours will resume on Tuesday, September 2nd.

Deer Lodge Medical Center and the Powell County Medical Foundation are proud to continue to offer FREE Baseline Concussion Testing for Junior High and High School Athletes.

Fall Sports Athletes needing a baseline concussion test - please contact the DLMC Rehab Services Department at 406-846-1991 or Powell County High School. Athletes are required to have a baseline concussion test done every two years.
