I usually go big and make a full gallon (it lasts us a year 😅).
✨ What’s in it:
•Lots of ginger + turmeric root
•Green onion, garlic bulb, red onion
•6–7 jalapeños, 2 lemons, 2 limes
•Cilantro (or coriander)
•Horseradish root (or jarred)
•Rosemary, thyme, cayenne, whole cloves, peppercorns
•Optional: star anise, cardamom, fennel seed, cinnamon sticks
🫙 How to make it:
Chop everything up, cover with apple cider vinegar, add 1–2 cups of honey, and store in a dark spot for a month (shake every so often).
Then strain, refrigerate, and shake before using.
Take a shot daily for immune support or when you’re sick — it’s amazing for fighting off colds, inflammation, and pain. 🌿🔥
