TO MY MOM IN HEAVEN… YOU ARE SO MISSED, AND SOMEHOW… EVEN MORE LOVED WITH EVERY PASSING DAY.

People say time makes it easier.

That the pain softens.
That the memories hurt less.

But what they don’t tell you is this…

Time doesn’t take away the missing.

It just teaches you how to live with it.

Because there are still moments—quiet, ordinary moments—
when something happens and my first instinct is to tell you.

And then I remember…

I can’t.

And that realization never gets easier.

It doesn’t matter how many years pass.
It doesn’t matter how much life moves forward.

There will always be a part of me
that is still standing in that moment…

missing you.

But even in that ache…
there’s something beautiful.

Because the reason it hurts this much…

is because you were loved this deeply.

And that kind of love doesn’t disappear.

It stays.
It grows.
It lives inside me.

So yes… you are missed more than words could ever explain.

But you are also loved…
in ways that will never, ever fade.
