Our board-certified practitioners and technicians regularly attend and conduct continuing education programs and clinics allowing us to bring our patients the very latest in technology and developments in the field. Members of our staff serve on the educational faculty of The University of Buffalo for Orthotics and Prosthetics. Members of our own staff wear, test, refine and benefit from our prosthetic and orthotic products, so we have a special appreciation for what our patients are experiencing, and can respond with an extra measure of compassion and understanding. Our unique peer- to-peer support program puts patients in touch with each other to provide support, first-hand information, and to share experiences and encouragement.

Our staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to immediately respond to our patients’ needs. When you call us, a warm, friendly East Coast O&P staff member will always answer the phone... no message service or answering machines. It has has been brought to our attention that a former employee has been posting several things on Facebook that are insensitive and racist. While this person lists East Coast Orthotic & Prosthetic Corp. as his employer, this individual has not been employed by us for several months. We do not condone anything that he has stated and he is not representative of our diverse, progressive company that employs over 230 people in New York. We are living in challenging times and we believe that no persons or group of persons should feel “less than” anyone else. We stand in solidarity with our colleagues, patients, and the community in denouncing racism and all the forms it may take.
