Keep on weekending and keep on racing! First up, Armand & Pam running the Run the Farm Hobbs Farm 5k with Pam and her THREEPEAT (3 years in a row) 1AG 🥇! Then Lizzy went and ran for a cause at the Project Purple Steps Toward a Cure for Pancreatic Cancer 5k! Rob goes and smashes The North East Sprint Triathlon taking 🥇 in his division! Then Ray & Dani wash taking a leg in the Husbands vs. Wives relay showdown at Ironman Louisville 70.3; I’d say the wives won 🥈🤣! What another spectacular weekend of racing for the FaM! Congratulations to ALL of our athletes who raced and to those putting in all their hard training all week long!

The MEDALS are going out today! WOW! What a weekend for the FaM! Joey B. Taking 🥉AG at the Mike Emmel Captain America 5k where he was joined by Nicole and Edgar. Nicole ran a great race and Edgar had a 5k PERSONAL BEST! Chris Viv coming back from Achilles surgery ran his FIRST EVER sub 2:00:00 Half Marathon at the Queens City Half Marathon! Matty T. Swam 2 miles in the Pacific Ocean in Hermosa Beach for the Pier to Pier Challenge! And K! After some grueling pool sessions and some open water sighting practices, she overcame a fear of the open water (the fear is real, my panicky people know this) and she finished her FIRST EVER triathlon at a FaM Fave Smithpoint Sprint Triathlon! Really and truly such a pleasure to coach these athletes who consistently follow programs and make commitments to themselves to keep getting better! We are here for ALL of it!

Last week was another GREAT week! Kristin took 2nd place FEMALE OVERALL at the Cypress Triathlon Series in the Aqua Bike! She was super speedy on her bike! Congratulations to Matty B. on his mega finish at Ironman Maine 70.3!!

This season we welcomed back an Original RaDFaM member. She called, we answered and together WE delivered! Congratulations to Kristin on her finish at IRONMAN MUSSELMAN last week! She has a few more races this season lined up ( and a wedding) so LFG!

It was a DAY for the FaM, Sunday’s Great Gatsby Triathlon! The course was flooded with triathletes old and new, a great course with great people! Congratulations on the RaDFaM takeover: Pam placing 2nd Overall Female, Armand placing 1st in his Husky Division, Luda placing 1st place in her AG, Coach Dani placing 1st in her AG, and Jason for getting back on the horse after a long triatus! It’s still early in the season, stay tuned for more RF updates, races and sweet gear! 🥇🥇🥇🥈

The DC Raymond M. Downey “Forever Running” Memorial 5k Run did not disappoint! Jake takes the OA win (2nd time winning this race) and Pam with a 1st place AG win!!! So proud of these two, if you know this run it’s a HUGE field! Congratulations on your race and see you again next year! This is a FaM favorite we’ve been participating for 10 years this year!!! 🚒🏃🏽🏃🏽‍♀️

4 races, 3 podiums! The FaM was doing what they do best this past weekend! Congratulations to Tim,Matt, Molly, Armand and Pam (1AG 🥇) at the Escape the Cape Olympic Triathlon in New Jersey; Lili and Luna (2 AG ) at the Veterans Dog Tag 2.2 mile trail race in Brightwaters, NY; Luda (2 AG🥈) at the RJA Memorial Olympic triathlon in Montauk, NY & Meagan at the Loudoun 1725 Gravel Grinder !

It’s been a whole week since NYC HYROX competition! There is no place like NYC to race, whether a 5k, a triathlon, a marathon or hybrid race! The energy is like no other and the backdrop is spectacular!

Last year, many of this same group of athletes trained together as a large group, with a collective goal of finishing the race.

This past year, Coach Dani took the coursework and certified to expand her endurance coaching to include HYROX. With the blessing of she was able to collaboratively create individualized and comprehensive training plans for the participating members at

2025 HYROX was an absolute success for EVERYONE! Every returning athlete hit significant PR’s and for the new athletes they all surpassed their goals!!

From Coach Dani, “I couldn’t be any more proud of a group of hard working people, whether coming off of injury, battling home and life stresses, or just plain stepping out of their comfort zones! Thank you for trusting me with your plan, your bodies and your goals! I cannot WAIT to see what next year brings!”

Ridge had the opportunity of a lifetime to race Ironman Hawaii 70.3 this past weekend! It wasn’t easy, hills, heat and humidity make the big K what it is! We are proud of you and we can see you’re happy too, look at those smiles all day long! Congratulations Ridge!
