What is SANDX?? 🤔🤔⬇️

SandX, or sand exercise, is a movement based workout class taught outside, barefoot in the sand! Movements are meant to strengthen coordination and balance, and strengthen major muscle groups as well as all those little muscles that sometimes get forgotten🫢

Exercise in the sand forces you to work against a dynamic surface that can provide resistance when you move. Start your day in the sand and sun, with a class hosted by Great Life Chiropractic THIS THURSDAY 8-9am. Class will be taught by Dr. Jacqueline, DC (and most classes are taught by Dr. Jacqueline + Dr. Gus!!)

Did we mention this class is free for practice members??🤩 All participating practice members are allowed to bring up to 1 guest with them, so invite your family or friends!😍🥰

⭐️If you’re not a practice member not to worry, you can still come and experience this awesome class designed with all ages in mind- we just ask that you pay a $20 drop in fee.
