This past weekend, the Lifeskills Alumni Program participated in Recovery Through Repetition’s 5K for Recovery! This amazing annual event is dedicated to raising funds and awareness for those in recovery by “Shining a Light on Mental Health.” Alumni, clients, and staff came out to participate and support a great cause, with 25 runners registered under the Lifeskills team, helping contribute toward su***de prevention and recovery scholarships. We were honored to take part and look forward to next year’s run!

Last month, we had the pleasure of welcoming referral partners and community members to Lifeskills Orlando as we celebrated our commitment to clinical excellence and compassionate care.

Throughout the afternoon, we enjoyed connecting with our community and giving tours of our beautiful facility. Guests enjoyed a chef-prepared food while learning more about the environment and tailored care we strive to provide each of our clients.

Please join us in welcoming Catherine Jones as Regional Director of Clinical Partnerships for Lifeskills Behavioral Health.

Catherine brings a unique blend of business development experience and clinical training to her role. After building a successful career in digital media sales and account management, she began graduate studies in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2025, with a focus on substance use and trauma-related disorders.

With a strong understanding of the behavioral health continuum of care, Catherine’s transition into the mental health field reflects her passion for supporting high-quality, evidence-based treatment.
