The Teachings and Medicine of this workshop are a catalyst to orient the Human Being walking on the Road of Life.
Each Direction—the West, the North, the East, the South, Father Sky, Mother Earth, the Circle of Life—carries a message, holds an energy, brings an understanding, and represents a teaching. The Elements—Water, Earth, Fire, Air—The Races of People—The Bodies: Emotional, Physical, Mental, Spiritual. Like the seasons of Mother Earth, each with its time and cycle, we Human Beings also have our seasons of life and the movements and energies that correspond—Infancy, Youth, Adulthood, Old Age.
All Represented in the 7 Directions Way of Life Teachings as shared by Lakota Chief and Elder Marvin Swallow, a Lakota Sundance Chief, Native American Church Roadman/Ordained Minister, Wisdom Keeper, and Visionary Artist who has been walking on this Red Road for many years.
