Hello from the USA πΊπΈ on Veterans Days
"πΊπΈ On this Veterans Day, I want to take a moment to honor and express gratitude to the brave veterans in my family who have served our country selflessly.
First, I want to recognize my dad, Lt Col Ellis R Ratchford, who served as a pilot in the USAF. His dedication and skill as a pilot have always inspired me.
Next, I want to acknowledge my mom, 1st Lieutenant Air Evacuation Flight Nurse Mary Melva Ratchford. Not only did she serve as a flight nurse, but she also received the Bronze Star for her bravery in battle. Her courage and compassion are truly remarkable.
I also want to honor my brother, Major Larry Ratchford, who serves as a pilot in the USAF. His commitment and dedication to protecting our skies is truly commendable.
Last but not least, I want to recognize my brother-in-law's dad, Captain Al E Boyce, who served in the US Army's Tank Division. His bravery and service are greatly appreciated.
To all veterans, including my amazing family members, thank you for your sacrifice, bravery, and unwavering commitment to our nation. Your service will always be remembered and cherished. Happy Veterans Day! πΊπΈ"
