This week, every class is built to push your limits, and keep you coming back for more. From endurance grinders to heavy lifts, we’ve got an incredible lineup!

MONDAY 8.11 – Triple AMRAP circuits mixing runs, lunges, snatches, and jump rope speed.

TUESDAY 8.12 – Bookend runs with a 3-round strength + skill core workout.

WEDNESDAY 8.13 – Heavy hang power cleans plus a partner relay with runs and burpees.

THURSDAY 8.14 – Fast-paced E.D.T. stations with explosive bodyweight and pull work.
