It’s not about perfection, it’s about progress. Adapt and overcome when something challenges you or doesn’t go your way. Often times when things don’t go our way or we don’t get the instant gratification we give up. Why?

I challenge you this week to be better than you were yesterday, last week or even last month. If the plan doesn’t work, change the plan NOT the goal.

🚨 RECIPE🚨
One pan Spinach and Artichoke Bake
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 lb Orzo
1 Package Chicken Sausage chopped
1 1/2 C Chicken Broth
1 C chopped Spinach
1 C Cherry Tomatoes
1 tub Spinach and Artichoke dip (Kitehill)

DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 375. Add in Orzo to the bottom of the dish. Place spinach and artichoke dip in the center, add in chopped chicken sausage, spinach and cherry tomatoes around the dip. Cover with tinfoil and bake for 30 min. Take it out, stir everything together and bake again for another 5-10 min until orzo is cooked through. Let it sit for at least 5 min to thicken. Serve and ENJOY! TAG US if you try!

If one of your goals is to eat better this year, it can be a little overwhelming on where to start. Here's a couple meal and snack ideas for you!

Nutrient dense meals don't have to be challenging or overwhelming. You don't have to cook fancy meals to check all the boxes. Having consistent balanced meals filled with protein, carbs, fats and fiber will keep you full and satiated throughout your day. Causing less snacking, brain fog and that afternoon crash.

When it comes to losing weight and gaining muscle, sometimes the best plan of action is to BE BORING.
-Eat the same filling meals over and over
-Go to the gym daily
-Go to bed early over and over
-Limit alcohol
Find a balance you enjoy, stick with it and then stick with it longterm.
