💬 Herpes comes in two types — and both are common, manageable, and nothing to be ashamed of.
🦠 HSV-1 = usually oral (cold sores)
🦠 HSV-2 = usually ge***al (herpes sores)
But guess what?
👉 Both can affect the mouth OR ge***als
👉 Both can spread without symptoms
👉 Both are super common — not “dirty”
No cure, but treatable.
No shame, just facts.
