This page is an extension of my Therapy practice to allow others to find their path to wellness. Please don't hesitate to contact me to find out if Therapy is right for you! I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and models depending on your needs. These include CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Meditation, and Yoga. I view people from a holistic perspective, in the sense that all parts of our human experience are crucial to our overall wellbeing. For example, our mental health is influenced by our physical lifestyle and our emotional health is affected by our thoughts and attitudes, what we eat, and how we chose to process or deny our feelings. Finally, our physical health is highly influenced by our mental state. Reducing anxiety, learning to confront emotions, and practicing daily lifestyle habits to combat depression are a few benefits of Therapy.
