Join 'What's SUP' and Heather Berg of Soul Garden Yoga on the water to practice fundamental Stand Up Paddleboarding Yoga. The paddleboad takes the place of your mat, but since it's an unstable foundation it will truly fire up your core! You will NO DOUBT need to work with more consciousness, honing your mindfullness skills. We will start with gentle stretches as we make our way up the intracoastal to a calm and serene bay. Heather will lead invigorating sun salutations and we will play with some balancing (which will probably get you wet!) Shavasana will be blissful and then we SUP to land. The whole adventure will be an hour and half. You do not need to bring a yoga mat with you. Bottle of water is recommended. LIMITED TO 9 board rentals

Pricing: $25 if you need to rent a board, $15 if you have your own board. Cash/credit, check accepted when you arrive at the park. There is no deposit or cancellation fee, however please let us know 24 hours in advance if your plans have changed. Driving directions:
Sullivan's Park is located just off of Hillsboro Blvd and the Intracoastal waterway. You will NOT cross over the bridge to the ocean. You will turn at the stop light at the bottom of the bridge. The stoplight is called "The Cove." You will turn north at this light. It looks like your pulling into condos, but it is also the park entrance. There is a small parking lot near the front and also some parking spaces near the water. We will be set up in the grass under the bridge.
