Nothing is perfect but we are all feeling the same stretch , and that to me is perfectly made. I love the hard work and dedication that all my people have, not only in the studio but they are just great people in life!!!

Relax, release, and realign your body with this gentle supported yoga flow πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈβœ¨

Start with Supported Child’s Pose (2 mins) to calm the nervous system and release lower back tension.
Move into Supported Bridge (2 mins) to activate glutes and open the chest.
Then Supported Reclined Butterfly (2 mins) for deep hip opening and relaxation.
Follow with Supported Wall Straddle (2–3 mins) to stretch inner thighs and improve circulation.
Ease into Supported Spinal Twist (2 mins each side) to detox and mobilize the spine.
Finish with Supported Savasana (5 mins) for full-body recovery and deep relaxation.
