We are nearing the end of recruiting for the study on proper breathing for hypertension. If you would like to be a part of this trial, please contact the front desk and they will take it from there!

Unlike BP medications, the effects can last even after the breathing exercises have stopped. If you agree to be a part of this study (one 10-minute breathing exercise daily for 6-10 weeks) you will have continued access to the app after the study at no cost.

Dr. Marek Kaminski, MD, the study’s lead investigator, will help you with any questions, and is able to advise you with medication questions as your blood pressure goes down.
