We gathered for a lively Purim Party filled with classic Jewish folk songs, colorful costumes, and plenty of good cheer. Residents were delighted to receive mishloach manot (gift packages) from generous local community groups—including the Chicago Mitzvah Campaign and the Beth El Congregations of Northbrook and Highland Park—whose kindness added an extra layer of holiday warmth. Of course, no Purim celebration is complete without delicious treats including freshly baked hamantaschen. We're grateful for our wonderful community and the joy we get to share! 💜✨

Caring for someone living with dementia can be challenging, and understanding their experience can make all the difference.

Join us on Thursday, March 5, from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM at Weinberg Community.

Step Into Their World is an interactive program that uses innovative virtual reality technology to help caregivers better understand what it’s like to live with dementia. Participants gain deeper empathy, practical caregiving strategies, and tools to improve both quality of care and quality of life.

This experience is ideal for new caregivers, seasoned family members, and anyone supporting a loved one with dementia.
