Post-Operative Wound Care: What to Know 🩹

Proper wound care helps your skin heal faster and reduces scarring risk.

Here’s how to care for your site after your procedure:

1️⃣ Keep your bandage on and dry for the first 24 hours.
2️⃣ After 24 hours, gently clean the area with soap and water once or twice a day.
3️⃣ Apply a thin layer of Aquaphor or Vaseline using a clean finger or Q-tip.
4️⃣ Keep it covered if needed, and let your skin do the rest.

If you notice redness, swelling, or discomfort, contact your dermatologist.
