Feel (think of, imagine) your butt and stomach. Feel the bottom of your feet. Take a breath through your belly. And WALLAH! You turned your body on. Feel your neck.

Your neck and back are weak, tight, and in pain because you don't properly extend your body, nor enough.

Actively walk, in this order squeeze your legs, toes, and shoulders.

Not only does this align your spine with the rest of your joints, this also gives the nerves in the neck and back something to do because they have the room to do it.

Everyones wants it the easy way. Your body is pre-wired in movement. Use the legs/toes/shoulders pattern and you'll fire up.

When sitting, lift your feet off the floor. As always, keep your shoulders stacked on top of your hips. The more you lean back the easier this is. The idea is to integrate your weaker muscles and muscles you may not be using. Breathe deeply into your stomach and groin area and you should instantly feel what's weak.

Instead of tensing up when squatting, push up into the bar just enough so that the weight of the bar eccentrically lowers you towards the ground. When you hit your bottom position, lead with the shoulders and immediately drive your butt, legs, and heels into the ground.
