I earned my degree in Massage Therapy from the American Institute of Massage Therapy in Pompano Beach, FL. With nearly 25 years of hands-on experience, I’ve developed a comprehensive and integrative approach to bodywork—drawing from Swedish, Deep Tissue, Craniosacral Therapy, Sports Massage, and the John F. Every session is carefully tailored to meet each client’s unique needs—whether that means relieving chronic pain, supporting recovery from injury, or restoring a sense of balance and calm. My goal is to create a safe, nurturing environment where clients can unwind, reconnect with their bodies, and experience lasting renewal.

You may have heard people use the words “masseuse” or “masseur” before, but did you know those terms are no longer correct—or professional?

Here’s why:
• Those words haven’t been used in American English professionally for decades.
• Over time, they became linked to outdated and negative stereotypes, especially through the s*x industry.
• Because of that association, the profession moved away from them entirely.

Today, things look very different:
👉 Massage is a licensed healthcare profession
👉 Practitioners earn the professional title Massage Therapist
👉 In most U.S. states, only licensed therapists are legally allowed to practice

So if you’re talking about someone providing professional massage, the right (and respectful) term is:
Massage Therapist.
