As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Robin Hill Farm, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting and caring for our residents, helping them lead fulfilling and independent lives. You’ll provide compassionate assistance and supervision, ensuring their safety and well-being while contributing to the smooth operation of our program. This role requires you to be a positive role model, advocate, and communicator, working closely with residents, families, and our care team.
Shift Differentials:
$3.00 for 2nd shift: 3pm-11pm.
$4.50 for 3rd shift: 11pm-7am.
$1.00 for all weekend shifts.

Responsibilities:
While no two days are exactly the same, here are some things you will be responsible for:
Performing personal care tasks, including feeding, ambulation, and medical monitoring.
Assist with fostering positive relationships between individuals served and their housemates.
Ensuring client safety and maintaining a safe environment.
Encouraging self-help activities.
Accompanying clients to scheduled appointments.
