Great connections and even better conversations at our recent after-hours event for case managers and social workers.

We were honored to have the President of Mercy Health - Defiance and one of their physicians join the evening as we brought together healthcare professionals dedicated to improving care transitions and patient outcomes.

A little relaxation and fun were also on the agenda, including pedicures and a few memorable karaoke moments. 🎤
