Learning never stops around here, and this is a big one for us!
Carrie recently returned from an inspiring week of advanced continuing education in Sarasota, Florida.
She spent a week observing and learning alongside Dr. Winder, the practitioner she has studied under for the past three years. Dr. Winder is the developer of Residual Strain Therapy, and through ongoing research and clinical findings, the work has evolved into what is now called Neuro-Fascial Strain Release (NFSR).
This new approach deepens the understanding of how the nervous system and fascia interact, allowing for more precise, gentle, and effective release of strain patterns held in the body. These steps in learning NFSR bring valuable insight that will continue to shape and refine the care offered here at the center.
We are excited to integrate this growing knowledge into our work and continue offering care that is thoughtful, informed, and always evolving.
Follow along with Dr. Winder's work at Fascia Sense and FasciaSense.com.
Continuing education means better understanding, deeper care, and better outcomes for the people we serve.
