I find this quote to be so true in so many ways! When we worry, our body responds. Our muscles tense creating headaches and fatigue. Stress hormones are released into our body which can take hours to release after stress is not present.
How do we combat this? Practice living in the present. I say practice because this is not something that comes naturally to us. We must practice it to become proficient at it just as we must practice any skill to gain proficiency.
