🦋Christine brings a deeply calming presence to every session, creating a space where your body can fully let go and reset.

🌊Her work is inspired by the natural rhythms of rest, healing, and the peaceful energy of the coast — something we are so lucky to experience living so close to Florida’s beautiful Emerald Coast beaches. The ocean reminds us to breathe deeper, slow down, and return to ourselves.

🪴The plants, flowers, and butterflies she surrounds herself with reflect her belief in gentle growth, renewal, and transformation. Healing doesn’t have to be forceful — sometimes it’s quiet, natural, and unfolding in its own time.

🦈And one message she holds close is:
“The fears we don’t face become our limits.”

✨FREE TAI CHI AND TEA✨

Classes are held at 3:00 every Wednesday at Time to Be Present Wellness Center on the corner of Hwy 331 and Orange Ave. (downstairs) 🌳

🐉This week features a
Golden Dragon Flow
designed to:
* Strengthen the core,
* Relieve back pain, and
* Enhance natural immunity.

We will also be sampling a Spicy Thai Tea blend, which also supports the immune system

So, come learn Tai ChiQi and enjoy a cup of tea for free 🫶

KSI artisan tea blends will be offered for sample/ sale after class.

🙅‍♀️Tai Chi/ Qigong (Tai ChiQi) is a simple yet effective practice that enhances strength and flexibility.
🙆‍♀️The flow is gentle enough for all ages and skill levels. It can easily be modified or intensified to suit individual needs.

🍵Tea and snacks are offered after class.
While there is no cost to participate, a $3 minimum donation is requested (not required) per participant to support the mission of spreading health and happiness through Chi and tea

*Kearcecrafted artisan tea blends will be available for purchase during the refreshment period.
This is a standing practice, so no mat or other equipment is necessary.

This week, Amy and Carly guided a self-care yoga + sound bath collaboration 🧘‍♀️🎶 We shared heart-centering cacao 🍫💛, journaling 📖✍️, restorative yoga 🌙, breathwork 🌬️, meditation 🕯️, and an immersive sound bath experience 🔔✨
