**What do I need to bring?

Services offered include 24 hour urine collection, glucose tolerance testing, therapeutic phlebototmy and routine bloodwork. We will need your full lab order, signed and dated by the ordering physician. We will also need to see your drivers license or photo ID card and insurance card when you check in. Copies of these need to go with your lab order to the testing lab.

**What is fasting? Fasting i

s nothing to eat or drink except water for 8-10 hours. If you are unsure if you need to fast you will need to call the physician who ordered your lab work.

**Can I get my results from your lab? No, we do not receive results here in the lab, you will need to contact the ordering physician and have them contact the lab your bloodwork was sent to.

**Do you draw for Quest or LabCorp? We are a courtesy draw station for both testing labs. We send out your lab order according to your insurance plans preferred lab provider. If you are unsure who your preferred lab provider is, please contact the number on the back of your insurance card to find out.
