We focus on the ‘whole’ you; your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. When I started ‘Live Your Yellow Brick Road’ in 2016, I took a giant leap by leaving a comfortable and well-paid job with a great cruise company. I decided it was time for a shift in my life, time for the next chapter and took the next couple of years traveling the world, mostly in Southeast Asia. From the outside, one would think this was just a jolly; in reality I had a list of goals I wanted to achieve and the travel part was the icing on the cake and the means to accomplish them. During this journey I studied and practiced energy healing techniques such as Reiki, Asian Bio-Energetics, Ho’oponopono, and aromatherapy in addition to Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Time Line Therapy™ which helps make changes at the subconscious level. During the later part of my travels I began writing my first non-fiction book, Natural Healing Techniques with Asian Bio-Energetic Therapy, www.liveyouryellowbrickroad.com/book. Moving forward again, I relocated to Florida, where I’m leveraging the breath of my experience in the corporate world and Change Management with my experience in healing energy and science to help others improve and make lasting change in their lives.
