🌟 Employee Spotlight: Tina Ortega 🌟
Tina joined Aperion Care DeKalb five months ago as a Housekeeper, answering her calling to care for others in her own meaningful way - by keeping things clean, comfortable and welcoming for all. She says the best part of her job is getting to connect with residents, making sure their rooms feel like home and brightening their day with a smile.
Before joining Aperion Care, Tina spent many years as a homecare taker. She’s also a proud mom of five, and when she’s not at work, she enjoys movie nights and going skating with her kids.
Recently, Tina was recognized by our Resident Council for her outstanding dedication. They shared, “She treats us wonderfully, recognizes our needs and even advocates for us when we need support from a nurse or CNA.” They especially value the time she takes to visit with them while she works, showing care that goes beyond her housekeeping role.
We’re so grateful for Tina’s compassion, commitment and the warmth she brings to our community every day! Glad to have her on the team! 💙🧡
