β¨ Employee Spotlight: Chad β¨
Meet Chad, our Maintenance Director and a valued member of the DeKalb team for several years now. While he may jokingly call it an eternity, we call it dedication! Chad is being recognized for his ongoing commitment to our residents and staff, and for the many ways he helps keep our building running smoothly every single day.
You can often find Chad sharing laughs and goofing around with residents, bringing a positive and uplifting energy that truly brightens their day. His friendly personality and genuine care make him someone residents enjoy seeing and trust.
Chad is known for responding to maintenance requests quickly, which our residents truly appreciate. Our Business Manager, Crystal, shared that Chad handles many behind-the-scenes tasks that often go unnoticed and has come to the rescue more times than she can count for any urgent issue. From hanging shelves and changing light fixtures to fixing plumbing and tackling whatever challenge comes his way, Chad does it all with skill and efficiency.
When those in our community were asked to describe Chad, their responses say it all: he is caring, silly, amazing, thoughtful, speedy, friendly, tall, funny, compassionate, offers a listening ear, and is great at what he does.
Simply put, Aperion Care DeKalb would not be the same without Chad. Thank you, Chad, for your hard work, reliability and the pride you take in caring for our building and the people inside it. We appreciate all that you do!ππ§‘
