I am so excited about our upcoming class for parents and kids/teens!!

I believe we are all born psychic, intuitive, mystics, and teachers. Once we learn how to work with our sensitivities they become our greatest strengths.

I have noticed different things that seem to come online at certain ages. We will be talking about what happens between ages 1 and 18. How to encourage without pushing. How to support their strengths and individual gift.

This is a guide of everything I wish my parents would have known. As well as the tools to connect , ground, regulate, and transmute, that I wish I had known growing up.

Every soul is gifted. It just looks differently in all of us. Sometimes these abilities can look like "behavioral issues", social anxiety, or lack of communication, trouble sleeping, food and environment sensitivities, and all sensory related things because it is (ESP) they are experiencing.

This is a way to celebrate our unique differences and find what works for each individual - both child and parent.

I have a couple miracles running around the living room right now

My senses had grown so dull through years of illness, stress, and daily struggles that I stopped noticing the magic surrounding me every day.

It’s so easy to lose awareness when we become consumed by our challenges, to-do lists, worries, and the constant noise of distracting thoughts.

I’ve been trying to return to mindfulness lately. The more I slow down and truly pay attention, the more I begin to recognize the countless tiny miracles that had gone unnoticed for far too long.

In that awareness, I find myself filled with awe and wonder… with joy, peace, and gratitude for the ordinary things that were never ordinary at all.
