🚫 PLEASE DON'T OBSESS OVER THE SCALE
Is it useful, yes but checking in everyday can mess with your mental. That one pound is more than likely waste or water weight, NOT FAT.
So what should you do instead?
Focus on tasks like eating better & moving your body & every once in a while, check the scale to make sure you're on the right track. If so, keep doing what you're doing. If not, make the necessary adjustments.

Yes & no. Waist Beads help keep you on track. If you gain weight they will get tighter & rise up. If you lose weight, they will do the opposite.
